American Grain Supply wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of grain drying equipment, our return policy varies by product type.

Parts & Accessories

Unused parts and accessories in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.

grain dryers & Large Equipment

Due to the custom nature and freight costs associated with grain dryers and large equipment, these items are generally non-returnable once shipped. Please contact us before ordering to ensure you are selecting the right product for your needs. We are happy to help you make the right choice.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the manufacturer to arrange a replacement or repair under warranty at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email sales@americangrainsupply.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
