How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated per product based on size, weight, and destination. The exact freight cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Some products include freight in the price (shown as free shipping), while others require a custom freight quote after purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. Transit time via LTL freight carrier is typically 3-8 business days depending on your location. We will send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
How is the equipment delivered?
All equipment ships via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carrier. The driver will deliver curbside or to your driveway. Liftgate service is included for residential deliveries. Smaller items like conveyor parts and motors ship via standard parcel carriers (UPS/FedEx).
Where do you ship?
We ship within the continental United States (lower 48 states). We do not currently offer international shipping.
What brands do you carry?
We carry equipment from Sudenga, Demco, GT Mfg., Remlinger, Big Jim, Bauman, and Agri-Master. All are established manufacturers with decades of experience in grain handling and field equipment.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unassembled equipment within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return freight costs. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Contact us before returning any item.
What if my equipment arrives damaged?
Inspect all equipment at delivery. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours at (404) 667-2554 and we will file a freight claim and get you taken care of.
Do you offer financing?
We do not offer in-house financing at this time. However, most farm equipment qualifies for financing through agricultural lenders or your local bank. Contact us if you need help with a purchase order for your lender.
