By accessing and using the American Grain Supply website and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Warranty
All products sold by American Grain Supply are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. We do not provide any additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. Warranty claims should be directed to us and we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Limitation of Liability
American Grain Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
