Shipping Policy
How Shipping Works
We ship heavy equipment via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers throughout the contiguous United States. Because our products range from compact implements to large-scale machinery, shipping arrangements depend on the product's shipping category.
Shipping Categories
- Freight Quote Required — Products using the “Freight Quote Required — We Will Contact You” shipping method can be purchased and paid for online. No freight charge is collected in the initial checkout. We will contact you within 1 business day with an accurate freight quote based on your delivery location and requirements. You may cancel at no charge if the shipping cost doesn’t work for you. Freight must be accepted and billed separately before shipment.
- Freight Included in Price — Select product lines include freight in the listed product price. These items show as “Free Shipping” at checkout because the delivery cost is already built into the price.
- Parcel Shipping — Normal parcel and accessory orders retain their applicable shipping options and charges shown at checkout. The separately quoted freight process does not apply to items whose freight is included or to normal parcel shipments.
For separately quoted freight products:
IMPORTANT: Freight is not included in the product price or order total. After your order is placed, American Grain Supply will contact you with an accurate freight quote based on your delivery location. Freight charges will be billed separately.
A $0 or “FREE” amount beside the freight-quote method means no freight is collected at this checkout; it does not mean freight delivery is free.

Delivery times may vary based on seasonality, product availability, and destination. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Service Area
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international destinations.
Delivery Details
- Most items ship via LTL freight carrier and require someone present to receive the delivery.
- Shipments are delivered curbside to a commercial or residential address.
- Liftgate service is included when shipping to a residential address or when no loading dock is available.
- Additional accessorial charges (limited access, inside delivery, re-delivery, storage, or re-consignment) may apply. If applicable, we will confirm and collect these fees before dispatch.
Receiving Your Shipment
- Inspect all packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
- Note any damage or shortages directly on the carrier’s paperwork.
- Take clear photos of packaging and product from multiple angles.
- Contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
Backorders & Split Shipments
- If an item is backordered, we’ll notify you with an estimated ship date.
- Multi-item orders may ship in separate shipments for faster delivery. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each.
Delays & Cancellations
- We’ll notify you promptly if a delay occurs and provide an updated delivery estimate.
- Orders may be cancelled only if the item has not yet shipped. Once in transit, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
Address Changes & Re-Delivery
Changes to shipping address after dispatch (re-consignment) or missed delivery appointments may result in additional carrier fees billed to the customer.
Title & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier delivers the shipment to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the order upon arrival.
