Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Your payment information is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. We never store your full credit card number on our servers.

When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed. If an item is backordered or there is a delay in shipping, you will be notified and given the option to cancel for a full refund.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. If you do not receive a confirmation within 1 hour, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices include the base equipment as configured. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, where applicable.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation may be subject to a restocking fee if the order has already been processed by the manufacturer. Contact us immediately at (404) 667-2554 if you need to cancel an order.
